No jobs will be listed unless these terms and conditions and privacy policy have been agreed by ticking the box indicated and entering the employer name and the name and management position of the person making the listing.
Employers advertising jobs on this website are required to present their copy in the agreed format, following the outline available on the website.
Job advertisements must be true, accurate and in compliance with all applicable legislation.
It is a condition of use that by advertising on the Job Matching Service at www.gc4b.com employers [irrevocably] agree to undertake and cooperate with a free Training Needs Analysis by the College and/or a skills audit on any job seeker appointed through the Job Matching Service; and that the employer will implement and/or continue any recommended training programme for any job seeker they find and hire through this website accordingly; and that the training will be sourced through The Consortium (and may not be free of charge). Details of available training and charges [and available sources of funding] can be found at www.consortiumweb.co.uk.
The Consortium will assist employers to determine the most appropriate training for the job seeker and assist the employer to find funding for the course selected where possible. Otherwise, the employer will agree to developing a suitable training programme after The Consortium has undertaken a free training analysis review. The training needs analysis, job seeker skills audit and subsequent advice and assistance shall be of the type and for the period as reasonably determined by the College and/or Consortium.
Job advertisements placed on the Job Matching Service website will be maintained on site until such time as the employer informs the Consortium they should be removed.
Jobs will be listed on a newest first basis, with older jobs being listed on a week dated basis. The employer is responsible for ensuring the details continue to be up to date and accurate. The Consortium will provide an employer profile for advertisers in advance of the job listing based on copy provided and this will be approved by the advertiser in advance.
It is the responsibility of the advertiser to proof read the entry and job content prior to its release on the website. The details will not be posted unless checked by the employer. The employer is liable for all details and the College and/or Consortium have no responsibility for details posting the details as checked and approved.
You must not disclose employment information about job seekers obtained on the Job Matching Service to third parties.
No CVs will be entered onto the system unless you tick the box to indicate agreement with the Job Matching Service terms and conditions and privacy policy. Job seeker details posted must also be true and accurate and must only be posted by the actual job seeker named [or someone properly authorised to do so on their behalf]. Once you have activated your Consortium Job Matching personal account (for job seekers) your CV will then automatically be made available to any employers who have registered on the website. Your job seeker employment information is released only when you choose by such activation.
Once your employment information has been forwarded to a potential employer, all correspondence will be directly between you and that potential employer. Employers will have agreed, by confirming their agreement to the relevant terms and conditions, not to disclose your employment information to third parties. You can access your employment information by logging into your account by using your name and password at http://www.consortiumweb.co.uk/employee.aspx. Once there, you can modify and delete any part of your employment information.
The Consortium will provide a template for job seekers on request for submission of their employment details. It is the responsibility of the job seeker to proof read the details prior to its release on the Job Matching Service. The details will not be posted unless checked by the job seeker.
The job seeker is liable for all details and the College and/or Consortium have no responsibility for posting the details as checked and approved. In consideration of your use of the Job Matching Service, you agree not to use the service other than to locate job opportunities and obtain career information as described above. You agree not to: (a) use the Job Matching Service for any fraudulent, illegal, harassing or offensive activity including, but not limited to, the submission of sexually explicit material or content inappropriate for viewing by minors, or which is likely to offend or criticize any employer, employee, group or portion of society, and (b) provide any information where such provision constitutes the infringement or violation of any right of any third party. You agree not to engage in any activity that would impair the proper functioning of the Job Matching Service and its content. Specifically, you agree not to provide any false or misleading information or engage in any activity to defeat any security or feature of the Job Matching Service.
You agree not to post any incomplete, false or misleading biographical information or information that is not about you (and you represent that you are a living individual seeking employment on a full-time or part-time basis on his or her own behalf). You agree to not delete or revise any content posted by any other person or entity. If you take any of the prohibited actions described above, or if the Consortium has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have taken any of the prohibited actions described above, the Consortium may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current and future use of the Job Matching Service.
The Consortium may terminate or suspend your ability to access the Job Matching Service and its content and/or any other service the Consortium may provide to you at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
